Melink Home
This beautiful home with a first-floor master plan sits 400 ft. off the road and across a creek in Loveland. As a result, constructing the driveway took careful attention. Specifically, John Hill Construction used excavation dirt from the basement and also dug “borrow” pits to replace the soft ground with a solid one.

The home’s floor plan accommodates two work-at-home professionals, so the traditional dining room space was converted into a second office. Kitchen highlights include a bay window at the kitchen sink and cherry cabinets. Hardwood runs throughout the foyer, family room, kitchen, eating areas, powder room and hallway. The home also boasts a screened porch and walkout basement.
