Collins Basement |
This project meant a lot to me because we got to come back to this uniquely custom home and finish the basement in the same way we did the first floor. The lighting, stone columns, built-ins and furnishings make this a very natural extension of their first floor.
It was key to open up the stairway in the direction toward the new finished basement. Intricate framing was required to open up this wall. The end result is so welcoming and inviting you can't wait to get into the basement. Coming back to a home we previously built is always a treat; and coming back to work for a previous client is the most flattering thing that can happen for a builder.
